BUYING PIXELS The minimum purchase is $50 (100 pixels), and the maximum purchase is as many blocks that are left on the grid. When you "buy" my pixels you will not "own" any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for. You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on the homepage, which will be there for at least 5 years. The only exceptions are if you have a reasonable reason why you need a change to your image/link, ex. your site no longer exists, major redesign to your site, lawsuits, etc. Once your image(s) and link(s) are accepted and published on our homepage, you cannot get a refund. The site and homepage will be online for at least 5 years (starting from November 14th, 2005), so at least until November 14th, 2010, but most likely longer (our goal is to have the site online forever). If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show child porn, bestiality, extreme fetish, copyrighted or anything I deem unacceptable, then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime. If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become available to the public again. Images must be the exact size you have paid for (ex. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels). Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size. Images must NOT be animated (imagine how the homepage would look). Links must be to Fetish web pages / Fetish web stores / or clip stores only and must begin with http://. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit. The site you link to must also be in compliance with the 2257 agreement. Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the homepage. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance and upgrade, but it will be kept to a minimum. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared, I will aim to get your pixels online within 24hrs (but please have patience when things kick off and loads of people order at the same time). NOT ALLOWED No child porn, bestiality, extreme fetish, copyrighted images/links will be accepted, and I decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your reserved pixels. We also do not allow links to free sites, TGP's, MGP's, or other types of free pics and video sites. No nudity at all is allowed on your pixel ad. You can link to a site that has nudity, but you cannot have nudity on your actual ad. VERIFICATION No image(s) or link(s) will be uploaded before payment as been received and verified. To preserve the integrity of my website and pixel map, all orders have to be approved for publishing on the pixel map, it is not an automatic process, so I see every images I put on the pixel map and I visit the link(s) as well. REFUND There is no refund, especially for people who broke my rules. if you are penalized and your image(s) and link(s) does not even make it on the pixel map, there is no refund as well, I will only refund if I think I am in the wrong somewhere, somehow. If you change of mind though you will not be refunded even if your image(s) and link(s) have not been published yet, so there is no trial nor changing of mind...all I am asking is to be sure before you pay. TRAFFIC I do not guarantee any click(s) on your image(s) or traffic to your site , be sure you understand this one as well. DOWNTIME I will not be responsible for any of the server downtime should it happen, nor should I compensate you for the downtime. CANCELLATION If you do no want to be on the pixel map, I can cancel the lease and make the block(s) available to the public, but you cannot be refunded, there is no fee to cancel but there is a minimum period of 7 days before I completely cancel the block(s). FRAUD & SCAM No body can sell you my pixel block(s), as they are only rented by us and not for sale. If someone is trying to sell you a block of pixel on my site, let me know ASAP. I will not be responsible for any fraud & scam nor will I provide you with block(s) of pixels that you never leased from me. Though some of my existing customers may rent their link(s), so their link(s) direct to your website, I cannot be held responsible for their actions.
